Terms of Service

By using Employee Tracker you agree to these terms. Employee Tracker is a business-to-business workforce management tool. Your employer subscribes to the Service and creates your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another user or share your credentials.
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to disable geofencing, submit falsified check-ins, or interfere with the Service.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and chat messages you submit. By submitting them, you grant your employer and the Service a license to store, display, and process them for the purpose of operating the Service.
Availability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that every push notification or background check-in will succeed. Mobile operating systems may delay or skip background tasks.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. Your employer's administrator may deactivate or delete your account.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor your employer is liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
