The biggest TrackYTiq release yet: rota calendar, Egyptian payroll, and pay that follows the location
Built with and for Egyptian F&B and field operators: plan shifts weeks ahead, rotate staff across mornings and nights, and run gross-to-net payroll that mirrors how your restaurant actually pays — all in one platform, in Arabic and English.
📅 The weekly rota calendar
Define your shifts once as templates — Morning, Night, an elastic per-day pattern — then open the rota: every employee in a row, the week's dates as columns. Pick a template (or a day off) per cell, flip to next week with one click, and plan as many weeks ahead as you like. Filter by branch and by department, so the kitchen rota and the floor rota stay clean.
Dated picks override the recurring weekly default — including explicit days off — and everything downstream follows automatically: check-in windows, attendance reports, reminders, and payroll. No re-entry, no drift.

💰 Egyptian payroll, end to end
One click computes gross-to-net for the whole branch: prorated base from each employee's own schedule, approved overtime at your configurable rate, incentives, penalties — then the 2026 income-tax brackets and social insurance, every rate editable from a dedicated Tax & Insurance tab. Mark tax-exempt staff with a toggle. Open any payslip for a line-by-line breakdown with the formula behind every figure, then export CSV or a bank-transfer file.
And because schedules drive payroll, fairness is structural: working 100% of your rota means 100% of your base — and approved leave never costs salary.

📍 Pay that follows the location
F&B reality: the downtown branch pays differently from the mall kiosk. Give every site its own pay model — a multiplier, a fixed allowance, or a full position-by-site rate matrix — and TrackYTiq blends pay by the minutes actually worked at each geofenced location.
⏱ Every minute accounted for — and approved
- GPS-verified check-in at the assigned site, with a sensible early grace.
- Late checkout becomes an overtime request — paid only when approved.
- Leaving early requires a manager sign-off (optional, per company).
- Live "am I working?" status for every employee, on their own phone.

🧑💼 Positions, permissions, and control
- Positions (kitchen manager, waiter, barista…) with default salaries that flow into payroll.
- Granular admin permissions — choose page-by-page what each admin can access.
- Branch isolation — branch managers see their branch only, across attendance, payroll and audit.
- Maker-checker approval chains on any sensitive action, with a full audit trail.
- Trackable managers — admins can clock in, take shifts and draw a salary too.
🛡 Integrity you don't have to police
Time fraud is the silent payroll tax. TrackYTiq watches for it so you don't have to:
- Device binding — two accounts signing in from one phone (buddy-punching) is flagged the moment it happens.
- Presence-gap detection — a clocked-in device that goes silent shows up on the Anomaly screen with the exact unverified window.
- Offline-proof tracking — the app buffers GPS pings in dead zones and syncs on reconnect, so honest coverage gaps never look like cheating.
- Pause-the-clock off-site (optional) — hours stop counting outside the geofence and resume on return.
Everything is logged for a manager's review, never auto-punished — you stay in control of every decision that touches pay.
Why it matters
Most tools do attendance or scheduling or payroll, and you glue them together with spreadsheets. TrackYTiq runs the whole chain on one source of truth: the rota drives the check-in window, the check-in drives worked minutes, and worked minutes drive the payslip — with approvals at every step that moves money.
